My Journey

During my graduate training in clinical mental health counseling, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and couples under clinical supervision. These experiences, along with the growth I witnessed in clients, have shaped the way I approach relational work. I’ve seen how trust forms through emotional awareness, curiosity, and honest conversation, and these insights continue to guide the foundation of Heartwork.

Hi, I’m Paulina.

Heartwork is the space I’ve created for this work.

My path into this field has been shaped by both education and lived experience, including my own process of healing, self-discovery, and emotional growth. Over time, I’ve learned how to stay with discomfort, reflect honestly, and understand the relational patterns that shape how we connect, protect, and reach for one another.

Through therapy, study, and ongoing inner work, I’ve come to understand that our relationships are often where deeper emotional patterns become visible. With the right support, those patterns can be met with awareness rather than repetition.

The insight, empathy, and clinical understanding I’ve developed are the same qualities I bring into my work with clients. I support individuals and couples in exploring what is happening beneath the surface of their relationships, so they can relate with more clarity, presence, and emotional honesty.

Heartwork is a space for slowing down, seeing clearly, and engaging more consciously with yourself and in your relationships.
